I think kerosene gets out black oil, (like if its from car parts or something), bleach wont work it will just discolour the towel

Use some hand cleaner that the mechanics use and rub it on the oily section or make up a paste with washing powder and rub it together.Wash normally afterwards. Been a mechanic for 25 years and if either of those 2 don’t work… nothing will work

    1. Run very hot water over it.

    2. Dawn dish soap and lots of it.

    3. Scrub and rinse by hand over and over until the grease comes out….. do not dry in between times….that sets the stain….

    Good luck…

Apply some Dawn dish liquid directly on the stain.:)
