Spray some SHOUT on the spots and let it soak for a day. Then launder it as normal. Do not dry the shirt until you see if the stain came out. You may need to do it a couple of times.
You can use one of a few things by spraying or rubbing them into the affected areas on both sides of the fabric then allow to sit about 1/2 hour-over night and wash on cold cycle.
Orange hand cleaner (any automotive shop or section will have this)
simple green (automotive department)
Castrol Purple Degreaser (automotive department)
M30 (Dollar Store but the fabric has to be color safe)
The first three would be best as they will not harm fabric but the M30 requires that the fabric be color safe as it may take out the color.
Use a liquid dish soap, such as Dawn. Dawn is a great degreaser. Apply it directly to the stain and let it sit for 30 minutes. Launder as usual.
Use dishwashing (not dishwasher) detergent or use shampoo. These are generally mild degreasers. I have used them successfully.
