Each supplement will do its own job. If they don’t work together then your body will (hopefully) just get rid of it by itself and just take what it needs. I don’t think you need to take so many of the fish oil and green tea pills though, one or two should do. It’s best to follow the guidelines on the jars or boxes.
seems like a lot but not sure. just check the recommended dosage on the side. any time you take a lot of supplements, make sure to drink lots of water. if your urine is not close to being clear, it means you are not drinking enough water for your body to be able to absorb everything you are taking in and just wasting supplements.
You need to pay attention to the dose recommendation on the pills. I believe you’re only supposed to take 1 or 2 of each a day, not 5.
Also, it’s fine to take them all in the same day. I’d take them at different times though. Vitamins and minerals that are put into your body that your body doesn’t need to use anymore will just be peed out.

are u on some kind of diet or something?
why do u feel the need to take all of these supplements (im not critising by the way i think its good ur taking these precautions)
u could probably find out by asking ur local pharmacist or googling it
maybe phone up the manufactures
or read the health warnings
